This aircraft suffered substantial damage on July 18, 2003 due to a forced landing after takeoff. A copy of the NTSB Report can be provided and is also available for review online.
A prop strike occurred in 2010 at 2210 TT. The engine had a tear down inspection and a new Propeller was installed after the incident. The aircraft was returned to service in 2012.
The aircraft has only flown less than 20 hours for the years between 2012 to 2018.
