Bartelt Aviation signs a long-term
Airport Lease and Usage Agreement
with the city of Sturgis at the Kirsch Municipal Airport.
Sturgis, Michigan, January 18, 2002 - After nine months of negotiation, Bartelt Aviation
announced that they have signed a long-term airport lease and usage agreement with
the City of Sturgis. Each agreement includes an initial term of fifteen (15) years and
three (3) successive options to renew for a period fifteen (15) years each.

agreement with the City of Sturgis. This long-term lease lays the
ground work for our company to move forward with our expansion
plans. We need to build additional facilities to accommodate our
