• We assign one Technician to your aircraft that sees the job through from start to finish. This quality control solution ensures that the aircraft repairs are completed properly.
• Our Technicians have trouble shooting skills. This saves the Client money by avoiding installation of unnecessary new parts and avoids extended down times.
• We provide updates. We believe that keeping the Client informed through out the job is important. You will receive updates at least twice a week.
• We complete the job on time.
• We disclose our margins. We are your aviation partner and feel that an above board relationship is best. When your aircraft is in for service, you will see the cost of our parts and our reasonable mark-up.
• Emergency Support is Available. Should your aircraft break down and need an immediate repair. We will work the job in to get you up and flying.
• Emergency Support When you are in transit - We can coordinate overnight shipment of parts and provide telephone support to resolve mechanical problems.
