I just wanted to drop you a quick line and express my satisfaction again with the purchase of our Archer and with the work that you and the other people at Bartelt did for us. Your efforts definitely turned our purchase from what is usually a stressful process into a very exciting experience. The airplane has proven to be exactly as you represented it during the sale with absolutely no "hidden" surprises. This has all gone into allowing us to thoroughly enjoy owning our first airplane. I thought you would be interested in hearing about the results of our first annual inspection on the Archer you helped my wife and I buy earlier this year. We are very pleased to announce that the only discrepency we found that we did not already know about from the purchase back in January is evidence that the vaccuum pump is showing signs of distress. Though we are still new to aircraft ownership (if you remember, 11T is our first airplane), I got a very good feeling about our purchase decision when I realized that the
only previously unknown squawk we could find during a first annual after purchase is a normal wear and tear item. I thank you again for the integrity and honesty you and Bartelt Aviation showed during our purchase.
